RETURN POLICY

We’re so glad that Scuarus Displays is your online shopping destination. We want you to enjoy our product. Returns on stock (non-custom) items are accepted within
30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Procedure below.

Damaged or Defective Items

We ask our customers to not return damaged or defective items, as our return policy does not apply. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please call customer service at (262) 672-6383 for assistance.

Return Process:

Standard Package Shipments:

For your convenience, we offer an easy way to complete a return.
You can either ship the item(s) back yourself or generate a shipping label from your order number. If you’d like to use our shipping label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Packing Items Return:

All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Damaged returns will not be refunded and customer must file a claim with the carrier. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. Initial and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility for any items needing expedited shipping. Issues that are not covered under the warranties include but are not limited to:

– Standard wear and tear usage
– Mistreatment of product
– Unauthorized alteration
– Natural disasters
– Failure to follow product instruction sheets and labeling
– Incorrect use
– Theft
– Loss
– Vandalism
– Destruction
– Damages occurred while in transit

If using the form, please fill out completely and return it with your package. Clearly write your order number on the outside of your package.

Refunds & Credits:

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return and refund. We can only provide credit for the item price. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Non - Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for custom displays and customized products, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics.

Indemnification: 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scuaurus Displays, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
